FEMA and NRC will be creating a joint workgroup in the coming months charged with developing the Implementation Plan Will involve significant outreach to stakeholders Identify stakeholders for planning (State/local/private/Federal agencies) Identify implementation challenges Develop process for implementation (including training/outreach/best practices) REP Program Manual Implementation Plan
