Introduction • The virtual university, Pakistan’s first University based completely on modern Information and Communication Technologies, was established by the Government as a public sector, not-for-profit institution. • The Virtual University of Pakistan holds a Federal Charter, making its degrees recognized and accepted all over the country as well as overseas.

  3. Computer proficiency license(CS001) • A student seeking admission to a diploma or Master program but not having 45% marks must enroll in zero semester. • Zero semester consists of CS001, MTH001 and ENG001 • CS001 is the basic course that consists of six module • VU had designed an application called 6 module application that helps students while practicing in MS word, MS excel and MS PowerPoint.
