About service Samsung Smart Channels Start pilot project in 2013y without technical CAPEX Smart Channels – the unique Smart TV service allows you to watch air TV channels in digital quality on Samsung Smart TVs. • Available all over Ukraine; • Available on all Samsung Smart TVs since 2012; • Promoted by Samsung as a flagship product on Samsung Smart Hub portal; • Without additional CPE. Required only Internet connection; • Same profitability as current Volia Light package. In 2014y - revision revenue share model considering technical CAPEX and real subscribers base by city. Samsung and IMMO agree with this agreement. 1
