  3. Objectives: • The students will be able to define what specific verbs are. • The students will be able to write one introductory paragraph of 5-7 sentences in length using at least 5 specific nouns and verbs.

  4. Focus Lesson: …Intro. Para. • Introductory Paragraphs • Introducing the Topic: Composition Workshop p. 38. • Writing Process Activity: Composition Workshop activity “B” p. 40. • Using the writing process, begin to write an introductory paragraph for question #4 of the I-Search project draft (handout).

  5. Homework • I-Search draft: question #4 • Due 2/15 (40 project points total)
