Implementation Proposal Re-brandproject – Moving from planning effort to implementation. Needs to align with federal and state programs. Suggestions “Building a Better Piedmont Triad: Steps towards Economic Resiliency Assign action items – Assign action steps to PART, PTRC and others.Establish an ongoing presence - Piedmont Together Consortium – Keep the Consortium Oversight Committee as an oversight group that would meet quarterly and be responsible for implementation oversight and annual Livable Community Summits.Development of a web portal.Continued identification of a project manager.
