  3. Choose „YES“ option

Type your PIN code Mark this checkbox to enable the system to remember your PIN code during you are logged Choose „Allow“ option Confirm by „OK“ button If you have only software certificate installed in your computer (not a certificate on a card) skip this slide! Always which have certificate on card use this proces in ste course of electronical signature

  5. Enter your password and click OK to login in e-Trace Fill your password This window is Czech but it is made Czech settings. In your computers will be this windows English

  6. Name of logged user System time which is binding for all operations „New“ icon contains necessary components for correct functions of electronic signature (see next slide) Messages which inform you about processes and events in e-TRACE There are 3 types of messages differed by colour: Blue– informative message Yellow – usually contains some warning (forced acceptance of a schedule) Red– informs about data refusal and reasons why or any other critical error

  7. Installation of necessary components and test your certificate For run of electronic signature you must install CAPICOM component (but you have to have administrator rights for your computer) After instalation of the Capicom component test your certificate Install DMSLoadFile too

  8. Template download Click SYSTEM TOOLS Click Template download Download zip file of template (right mouse button – Save targer as) See next slide

  10. Template Installation Find the directory whith the template extract zip file and run Install.bat Fill your User name and Organization. choose NEXT Click on NEXT

  11. Template Installation Choose Complete instalatiom and NEXT After instalatiot choose Finish. Template is allready instaled Click Install

  12. Install XML Parser before you use the template You must install Microsoft xml Parser and setup security macro in microsoft excel for right run template Run msxml4.msi Choose next Accept Licence Agreement and choose NEXT

  13. Install XML Parser before you use the template Fill your User name and Organisation and click NEXT Click on Finish xml Parser is instaled Choose Install Now

  14. Setup of security in Microsoft Excel We use the Czech version of Microsoft Excel but all described options are the same in your national version. And mark this offer Choose tools – macro – security

  15. Installation of the template in the Microsoft Excel Choose tools Choose Accessories Click on search Choose patch C:\Program Files\unicorn\ClientApplication\unitemplate\ClientApplication.xla and OK

  16. Installation of the template in the Microsoft Excel Mark client application and OK Fill your login same as login name in the e-TRACE Fill your entity code. In Transmission capacities and Schedules template you needn´t fill columns Market participant

Using template For load xml file to the Microsoft excel If you xls file convert to the xml This is the other possibility how to send a bid or schedule in the e-Trace This item enables to load pattern of bid or schedule in Excel sheet Via the Client Application (universal template) is possible to send bid or schedule (see next slide).

  18. Using template – Practice If you want to send a bid, choose Transmission capacities (there are 3 types 25, 24, and 23 hours forms) If you want to send a schedule, choose Trans. service Schedules (there are 3 types 25, 24, and 23 hours diagrams ) Confirm your choice by „OK“ button

Using template – Practice (send a bid) This is template of Transmission capacities we fill this columns (for examlpe) If you fill entity code in setup universal template we neednt fill now Fill direction A27 – long tern schedule A28 – daily schedule After you fill template for sending data to system choose upload XML Fill your user name (same as login name to the e-TRACE) Fill your password (same as password to the e-TRACE) Choose OK and your request is sent to the e-TRACE system

Using of template – Practice (schedule submitting) This is template of schedule we fill this columns (for examlpe) If you didn´t fill entity code in universal template setup you have to do it now Fill the direction of the profile A27 – long tern schedule A28 – daily schedule Choose „Upload XML“ item and your data will be sent to the system Fill your user name (same as login name to the e-TRACE) Fill your password (same as password to the e-TRACE) Choose OK now is send request to the system e-TRACE

Day with e-Trace system You can change or delete your bid and check your detail auction result When you want send a bid use Daily capacity request Capacity limits – values which are offered in daily auction procedure Overview of auction results incl. information about total request You can check your submitted schedules Via Schedule form you can nominate your capacity

Day with e-Trace system Bids submitting Your requst will be saved only with using of digital sign To send your bid you have to click „Save“ button Choose Date, Profile Direction and confirm your choice to Show data Fill requested capacity into the Required volume (only full number) Fill offered price (numbers with 2 decimals )
