REPORTING MECHANICAL IRREGULARITIES • PIC SHALL ENTER OR HAVE ENTERED EACH MECHANICAL IRREGULARITY THAT COMES TO THE PILOT’S ATTENTION DURING FLIGHT TIME. • BEFORE EACH FLIGHT, THE PIC SHALL DETERMINE THE STATUS OF EACH ITEM PREVIOUSLY ENTERED IN THE LOG FAR 135.65
REPORTING MECHANICAL IRREGULARITIES • EACH PERSON WHO TAKES CORRECTIVE ACTION OR DEFERS ...SHALL RECORD THE ACTION TAKEN IN THE LOG • EACH CERTIFICATE HOLDER SHALL ESTABLISH A PROCEDURE FOR KEEPING COPIES OF THE LOG...SHALL INCLUDE THAT PROCEDURE IN THE MANUAL REQUIRED BY 135.21 FAR 135.65

RECORDING REQUIREMENTS 135.439 (iv) IDENTIFICATION OF THE CURRENT INSPECTION STATUS OF THE AIRCRAFT, INCLUDING THE TIME SINCE THE LAST INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY THE INSPECTION PROGRAM UNDER WHICH THE AIRCRAFT AND APPLIANCES ARE MAINTAINED.

RECORDING REQUIREMENTS 135.439 (b) (3) RECORDS SPECIFIED IN (a)(2) SHALL BE RETAINED AND TRANSFERRED WITH THE AIRCRAFT AT THE TIME THE AIRCRAFT IS SOLD. **ALSO REFER TO 135.411 FOR MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION.
