IOF General Assembly • Ordinary or Extraordinary • Each IOF full member shall have the right to send three delegates to a General Assembly. Delegates shall be citizens or residents of the country represented. Associate members may send up to two representatives. • Each full member represented at the General Assembly shall have one vote.
