Impact of Mental Illness • Estimate 60,000 Boulder County residents of all ages suffer with mental illness • 19.2 deaths due to suicide for every 100,000 Boulder County residents • 25%of Boulder County adolescents reported feeling so sad or hopeless every day for 2 weeks or more in a row they stopped doing their usual activities • 1 in 7 Boulder County adolescents reported seriously considering suicide
