  3. Our region has a rich, 3000 years, history and culture

  4. 13 teachers are employed in our school • 3 persons are employed as administrative personel

  5. Our school has 129 students in the age range of 6 to 12 years • Lessons are taught in greek languge

  6. We are participating in many europeanprogrammes. • This is our second Comenius project. In our previous project, under the title “Healthy Child – Happy Childhood”, we had partners from Sweden and Poland

  7. We are participating in “Comenius Assistantship” program. Under the program we have a teacher from Germany in our school this year. MrsRahelSchwedler, who is teaching lessons in english and in germanlanguage.

  8. We are also a member of the on-line community of european schools, e-twinning.

  9. Our school was chosen this year to hold the opening ceremony of Study Visit “Effective Foreign Language Teaching for Young Lerners”. • In the ceremony participated 15 european countries

  10. Our headmistress, mrsNefiKameri sends her regards and her wishes for a good cooperation • We are very excited to be here, we strongly believe that the project will be a great experience for all the schools involved • Thank you for the hospitality • We hope that we will see you soon in Cyprus
