Phase 2: Master Plan for Dining Services • Existing Conditions • Market Research • Campus-Wide Survey • Address Current & Future Growth • Operations • Locations, including facility changes & improvements • Financial Models • Menus, concepts • Alternative Management Models • Meal Plans • Connection to Master Plan & Strategic Plan
Phase 3: RFP Process • Informed by Phase 1 & Phase 2 • Evaluations, Site Visits, Interviews • Campus-Wide Committee • New Dining Services Contract • Summer 2013
