APG-BRAC Intersections • US 40 / MD 7 / MD 159 • Two phase project • Phase 1 (underway) = Two left turn lanes on Rt. 7 • Phase 2 = Widening US 40 to allow two additional lanes in each direction / updating phase one to include two left turns, one shared through lane, and one channelized right • ROW $1.06 million (funded) • Utilities $4 million (funded) • Cost $11 - $13 million

APG TDM Workgroup • Promote use of alternatives to SOV travel. • Create base TDM communication program. • Create incentive programs to encourage non-SOV travel. • Promote work patterns to reduce peak demand.
APG-CSSC Transportation Center • Support APG TDM efforts • Increase awareness of existing transit options • Serve as communications center for transit • Coordinate telework study • Promote alternatives to SOV travel • Collect data to support effort
