  4. VIOLENCE • Is the threat of or actual use of physical force against oneself or another person • Often results in injury or death.

  5. Homicide • Is a type of violence that gets a lot of attention from the media. • Is the intentional killing of one person by another and is the second leading cause of death for people aged 15 – 24.
