EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL Integración, Facultades y Miembros ¿QUÉ ES EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL? -Órgano legislativo y normativo del municipio. -Representa a la comunidad y regula los asuntos locales. -Su función principal es la creación y fiscalización de ordenanzas. INTEGRACIÓN DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL -Compuesto por concejales elegidos por votación popular. -Representan diferentes circuitos o parroquias del municipio. -Organizados en comisiones para áreas específicas MIEMBROS DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL Concejales: Máximos representantes deliberantes. Presidente: Dirige sesiones y representa al Concejo. Vicepresidente: Sustituye al presidente en su ausencia. Secretario: Administra documentación y actas. Comisiones: Equipos de trabajo especializados en distintas áreas. FACULTADES DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL Legislativas: ordenanzas municipales. De control: Supervisar. Políticas: Representar los intereses ciudadanos. Administrativas: Aprobar el presupuesto municipal. Consultivas: Convocar a consultas públicas. IMPORTANCIA DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL -Garantizar la participación ciudadana en la gestión pública. -Regula y fiscaliza el funcionamiento del municipio. -Establece normas para el desarrollo local.
