  1. Variety Of Palletizing Systems In Singapore

  2. Feige Filing has been certified as per DIN EN ISO 9001 since April 1993. Before that, since beginning of 2002, they have been certified as per EN ISO 9001:2000. Also, all their machines & systems bear the ‘CE’ sign to specify the compliance with European guidelines. They offer a wide variety of liquid and pastry filing products. One of which is the Palletizing System.

  3. Under this system, they provide a range of products that have been particularly designed to meet the requirements of their customers. The filing machines are available in a semi-automatic and fully automatic variety. They offer complete systems of automatic packaging which may consist of a combination of filling equipment, conveyor and palletizing system.

  4. Some of the available palletizing systems offered by Feige Filling are Push palletizer for drums type FP-S, Vacuum palletizer for drums type FP-VH, Push palletizer for containers type FP-SB, Palletizing robot for drums, pails and containers and Empty pallet magazines type LPM.

  5. In Push palletizer for drums type FP-S, a motor driven pusher pushes the containers on the plates of the pallet row by row. These plates move above and below the pallet. The pusher pushes the 1st row of containers to the plate to its palletizing position. The plate withdraws all containers by the size of one row. The pusher returns to its initial position.

  6. In another type of the palletizing system called the Vacuum palletizer for drums type FP-VH, a gripper equipped with vacuum pads lifts up the filled drums from the roller conveyor, row by row, moves them over the pallet and then places them down as per the pallet arrangement scheme.

  7. Feige Filling offers a special palletizing product called the Palletizing robot for drums, pails and containers. This robot is useful for palletizing containers of different sizes, changing the pallet schemes, pallet sizes and container arrangement on the pallet. This robot is useful for arrangement of containers even on a multi layered pallet system. The robot has 4 axes and a sturdy base and is mounted on the floor using the same.

  8. It is flexible, forward-looking and an extremely efficient solution which can perform about 500 cycles per hour. The demands of any palletizing application can be met by just mounting different palletizing tools onto the robot's wrist. The required software will be configured as per the application. The robot comprises of control cables and compressed air hoses connected to their wrist and base. As per the process, a conveyor chain stores pallets with three layers of empty drums.

  9. Then the robot takes a pallet out of the magazine and places it on the out-feed conveyor. Similarly, the oval pails are filled and closed on the filling line. Later, the robot palletizes the pails as per pre-set pallet scheme. In this system, combination tools with clamps, grippers, suction pads and dedicated sensor technology handle most of the different containers and pallets.

  10. The Empty Pallet Magazines Type LPM-2 is a system on which 2-way pallets are placed. Of these. The top pallet is lifted using forks and separated from the bottom pallet. This bottom pallet is then ready for transportation to the palletizer. Similarly, in Type LPM-4 system, 4-four way pallets are placed in the magazine.
