3. Our mission • The mission of the Batuwangala Maha Vidyalaya is to provide the country a Pupil who is competent and committed to fulfilling the objectives of Education and possessing the efficiency, enthusiasm and innovativeness necessary to face the future challenges.

Issues • Language barriers • Literacy difficulties • Inadequate communication and transport facilities. • CBO’s are disorganized or out of reach. • Tea plantation is the main income. • Lack of ICT trained persons • Lack of English trained persons • Disorganized state administration. • Inappropriate political interventions

5. The proposed project • Coz of discrimination of resources ICT literacy has not passed to the villages far faraway. The situation in Batuwangala isn’t much better. Through evillage ICT and English literacy can be up brought.

6. Methodology and key activities. • ISP provider will be acknowledged. • Through CBOs villagers will be acknowledged. • The attitude about school and ICT will be discussed in public in order to have a sense about their level people. • Presentations will be done by senior students with occasions where people gather in the village for their folk activities.
