Current Scholarship Program Defined • JSTOR partnering with many publishers to include current journal issues on a redesigned JSTOR platform • Key differences from JSTOR back issues • Publishers set the price for current issues • Publisher, society, journal branding stronger (but no silos) • Titles licensed individually and in collections • Shared principles are paramount • Part of and serve the scholarly community • Committed to fair and sustainable models to support the widest possible dissemination of research • Efficient, great experience for researchers • Program may include other types of content in the longer term

Offering to Libraries • Publishers set the prices for current journal issues to achieve the widest possible access to research in sustainable ways • Flexibility and choice • Titles can be licensed individually as current issues only or bundled with back issues for a full run • Current issues defined as going back to the year a title was first available online outside of an aggregation. • Libraries will not lose content, nor pay again for content purchased previously. • Titles can also be purchased in defined or custom collections • Order current issues directly with JSTOR or through your subscription agent • Single license for both current and back issues • Long-term preservation and post-cancellation access • All current journals preserved in Portico • Post-cancellation access offered
