Purpose • The following presentation is intended to provide guidance in preparing for formal Security Assistance program reviews • It is intended to assist in assuring you have addressed all issues in preparing for your meeting
Standard Briefing Format • The following documents are required when briefing the Division Chief/Director: • Tasker requesting attendance • Agenda for meeting • Action items and/or minutes from previous meeting • Final briefing package • Briefing format should have the following characteristics: • Template: C-E LCMC standard template • Title font: 32 - 36 • Body font: 16 - 24
Standard Briefing Format • Packages will vary depending on whether you are involved in a country program review or a weapon system In-Process Review • Basic outline should include: • Cover Chart (Identifying Meeting Type and SAMD Briefer). • Introduction/Purpose Chart • Contents/Outline/Agenda • Previous Review Action Item Status • Open Requirements • Open Program Issues • Full LOA Ledger As Back up • Briefer POC Name/s and Address/es • Sensitive items must contain classification markings and should be considered when/where applicable
Sample Formats • The following charts reflect sample formats for a formal presentation • Again, which topics you use will depend on whether you are presenting a country review (CMR/SAR/FMR) or a major weapon system review (PMR/IPR)

Major Program Issues:UHF Spares Support Issue: Determination of responsible activity to acquire replenishment spares for FMS case NO-UJO Discussion: Initial spares procured via AM LCMC from Raytheon company. AM LCMC has requested C-E LCMC support in taking over after initial fielding. Result will be increased expertise and cost savings. Recommendation: C-E LCMC procure replenishment spares via FMS case NO-UJO.
