Product Manager • Job Description • The Product Manager at Credoc has the following mission: • Responsible for gathering and consolidating all product related customers needs/claims (via phone, customer visits, service desk, surveys) into product backlog, and cluster them into prioritized product releases in agreement with line management. • Responsible to explain the product backlog requirements to software delivery team (functional analyst). • In charge of validating product release, build product launch plan (communication, training) with the support of communication & training specialists. • In charge of product life cycle management: monitoring and reporting of product performance, quality, pricing,... • Profile needed • Bachelor or Master from a Business school; • At least 5 years experience in Product Management, and overall professional experience of minimum 7 years; • Experience required in software product management; • Good IT environment acumen (-women); • Highly analytical; • Experienced in working in "agile development" environment; • Excellent communicator, good aptitude to interact, cooperate and influence others; • Consider customer needs in day to day decisions; • Able to generates innovative solutions ; • Very good FR & NL (customers are NL & FR) – written EN • Interested? • Sendnowyour application to jobs@credoc.be Credocis the ICT arm of the Belgian Notaries.
