A man living in his early twenties who is currently working a nice office job in a city which requires him to work from 8 am to 6 pm or probably a little a more hours on certain days would probably be living in a bachelor’s apartment or maybe, share an apartment with a friend or colleague. But, let’s just say that it’s the former. A bachelor is living alone in a one bedroom upper floor flat.
The property would probably be a well presented and neutrally decorated one bedroom fourth floor apartment located in the town centre so that it would be easier and faster to go to work. It would probably have an entrance hall, a sitting room with maybe, an arch that leads to a fitted kitchen. The bathroom would most likely be a nice white suite one. It is also possible that it has an airing cupboard.
And, the place would consist of minimal furniture; just enough to live by like a sofa, a television set, a dining set, a kitchen set, a bed and maybe some other things like books, magazines, or possibly, sports equipment. Plus it wouldn’t be that tidy nor dirty; just normal.
Through the years, the bachelor would probably meet more friends and among those friends, he would meet the love of his life that probably has the same blue collar career as him. Eventually, he would realize this and have a relationship with her. After a few more years, they would be married and probably starting a family. Then, the bachelor flat wouldn’t be enough nor efficient for a family. So, they would look for a real estate agent that would help them find a place since they are both busy. The real estate agent would take care of all the transactions for them.
The place probably wouldn’t be in the city near their offices but would be the right place for raising children. The real estate that they would move to would be a beautifully positioned, three double bedroom detached bungalow in a tucked away location in a nice area. It would have a double garage parking and maybe a wonderful stocked garden with a patio, lawn, roses and shrubs in a lovely seated platform. The house would probably have a porch which leads to an entrance hall; the master bedroom would have a patio door to the garden; modern bathroom suites, a fitted kitchen, a lounge or diner, and loft storage space. The door would have probably been French. Thus, the dream house of a once bachelor turned family man.
