Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add shortening, milk, and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape bowl with a spatula. Add eggs then beat on medium for a minute. Then beat on high for 30 seconds Put batter in cups until ½ to 2/3 full. Bake 25 to 20 minutes Then wait to cool for 5 minutes After cool frost with your favorite icing
