Tempus • Tempus-Time, condition, season. • Temperature- The condition of weather in a location. • Our temperature was 89˚ F in New Hampshire.
ergon • Ergon-Work. • Erg- the amount of work by a force. • My ergonwas 2 hours and 30 minutes at my job.
Bis • Bis- Twice. • Bisect- To divide into two. • When you bisect something you are cutting it into two. • “Showbis’’
multus • Multus – many • Multicultural • My family is multicultural because we have lots of foreign families.
Vetus vetus- old, ancient Vertebrae- of or pertaining to bones “ Skeletons have bones; skeletons are old!” My spinal column is very vertabrae.
Quercus • Quercus- oak • Quercusalba • The white oak was a quercusalba.

ambo • Ambo- both • Ambilateral- occurring on both sides • The twins are ambilateral in appearance.
Greece • There are Greek gods/goddesses,/ Titans/Titaness. • They use Greek roots instead of English language like we do.

maxi • Maxi-biggest, tallest, largest • Maximize • In the top right corner of the computer there is a big square that makes the computer bigger.
