Contractors Are Classified By Accountabilities Mode 1 Contractors operate within the EP Company’s HSE MS Work Related Activities Contractors operate with their own HSE MS but interface with the EP Company’s and are required to report HSE Performance data including incidents to the EP Company Mode 2 Contractors operate within their own HSE MS and have no interfaces with the EP Company’s and are not required to report HSE Performance Mode 3 Non-Work Related Activities Back
