  9. Challenges in a Fully Autonomous World • Yes, the Autonomous Integration Cloud provides fully automated environments and back-end infrastructure management and maintenance is a thing of the past!! (Cheers all around) • There is less to be concerned about, but still a few areas are still the responsibility of the end user: • Deployed Integrations • Configured settings • Each integration is unique • Root cause analysis and diagnostics with trend analysis for bulk runs a must • Deployed Connections • Adapter credentials • Customized configuration settings • Connecting to other services and platforms (i.e. on-prem EBS, Siebel) • Possibly impacts multiple integrations Confidential – Oracle Internal

  10. Oracle Integration Cloud Management • Goals • Unified End to End Operational Visibility for OIC • Individual Integration Flow Root Cause Analysis • Aggregated Integration Flow Health Correlates with Log Analytics (cross-pod) • Automatic on-boarding • Every Autonomous OIC customer will get these capabilities once available • Seamless monitoring & diagnostics for customer deployed components like Integrations and Connectors Confidential – Oracle Internal

  11. Oracle IC Fleet Summary Page • High-level operational visibility across all IC pods providing: • Service Health & Alerts • Built-in IC Integration Adapter Health Checks • Message Processing Performance Across all pods • Message load and volume • Drill-downs to deeper diagnostics for individual IC pods as well as root cause analysis via log analytics Confidential – Oracle Internal

  12. Oracle IC Integrations Page • Provides visibility into single IC Service instance with details on deployed Integration performance and overall processing & success rates • Examine individual IC integration deployed on an IC instance (sorted by success rate by default) • Compare performance of IC instance to quickly identify performance bottlenecks and execution failures • Provide an in-context drill-down to log analytics for further troubleshooting of a specific integration or error analysis Confidential – Oracle Internal

  13. Oracle IC Log Analytics Trends Page • Identify OIC Adapter error groups to quickly identify problem areas • Integration execution processing time with automatic anomaly detection via clustered machine learning • Determine which integrations are generating the most errors and narrow down to error trends (patterns) • Seasonal analysis of performance and errors (i.e. capacity problems at the end of every month) Confidential – Oracle Internal

  14. Oracle IC Integrations Page – Log Analytics Drill-down Link Flows by Time Taken • Log Analytics for OIC • Integration tracking for cross-IC integrations across multiple instances via log analytics based on flow ID or business identifier ID • Identify most frequent and least frequent integrations • Categorize and Compare integrations by various dimensions like, number of steps, time taken, user, etc. • Identify integrations that take longer to run • Automatically identify anomalous integrations • Drill down into specific logs to identify time taken for each step in an integration Automatically Detect Anomalies Oracle Confidential – Highly Restricted

  15. Oracle IC – Connection Tests • Proactively test the OIC Connections • Periodically invokes the Connection self test feature • Requires no additional information from the user • Uses the info already configured in ICS Connection • Utilizes the APM Synthetic monitoring • Provides early indication on: • Network problems • Third party account issues • Password changes • Other health, etc. Confidential – Oracle Internal

  16. Inclusion of OMC Data in Autonomous OIC Console • Plans to enrich OIC console with OMC data (examples below): • Broader date-time range of OIC data for seasonal analysis (i.e. 7 days, 30 days, 1 year) • Log analytics data to expand diagnostics • Seasonal trends and performance config event correlation (i.e. Integration version change) • Provides drill-downs to OMC in context of OIC • Ensures a seamless experience for the customer Confidential – Oracle Internal
