General Idea • Background information which would normally be available in the real event. • Enough to allow participants to prepare to participate in the exercise
Special Idea • Specific information about the developing scenario. This may be: • Verbal • Written • Displayed • Broadcast
Group Activity • In your groups: • Develop an outline of a scenario for your exercise • Identify what information you would need to include in your General Idea and develop at least two Special Ideas
