  2. สำหรับจังหวัด • - แบบสรุปรายชื่อวัดที่จังหวัดส่งรายงานทางการเงินของวัด (ชุดที่ 1)สำหรับวัด • - แบบสรุปบัญชีรายรับ – รายจ่าย ประจำปี 2557 (ชุดที่ 2) • แผนจำนวนวัดที่ส่งรายงานทางการเงิน ฯ • - จะต้องเป็นวัดที่ได้รายงานไว้ในปี 2551-2556 รวมอยู่ด้วย คำชี้แจงประกอบการจัดทำตัวชี้วัด ประจำปี 2557 ตัวชี้วัด จำนวนวัดที่มีการรายงานทางการเงินตามมาตรฐานที่ กำหนด
