Institute Of Modern Technology Montenegro • Institute Of Modern Technology Montenegro is a private Scientific Research institution established on 22 June 2012. • We research in the field of • Information and communication technologies; • Artificial intelligence; • Cyber Security • Alternative energy • Our programs are in accordance with the current national strategies including the key recommendations of the Digital Agenda for Europe, which defines the role of ICT in the implementation strategy, ,,Europe 2020 “.

  3. Mission Statement Institute mission is reaching new knowledge, which provide support of Montenegro development. We implement our mission through • Knowledge driven research • Targeted basic research • Active and permanent participation in higher education • Transferring knowledge in other business field

Vision Statement • Institute pretend to be a leader scientific-research institution in ICT field in Montenegro • We plan to be a national leader institution for postgraduate studies in some ICT fields (cyber security, software engineering, Information systems and Computer network) • On national level, Institute will build confidence with public and business sector, and reinforce cooperation with business department. • Institute will be ready for cooperation with other institutions from Montenegro and region. • Institute is going to improve knowledge and skills of personnel structure which is included in research, and give young researchers a chance for employment and participation at projects. • We pretend to make science popular again and to increasece public awareness of the importance of knowledge and scientific research for development.

Strategic Objectives (2012.-2017.) • To improve quality of knowledge driven research • To improve knowledge and skills of personnel structure which is included in research • To strengthen Institute presence and influence in national and regional level • To encourage cooperation with private business and public sector • To improve information-communication infrastructure • To improve higher education and to found specialist and postgraduate studies in ICT field • To provide support in creation national strategic policy in field of ICT, science and higher education
