  4. Do you have your own mobile phone which you use to text and/or have access to the internet?

  5. Do you own your own computer?

  6. Have you ever posted personal pictures of yourself online that was not school related site?

  7. Have you ever posted a personal video(s) on the internet that was not school related site?

  8. Which e-mail provider(s) do you use?

  9. Which social network site(s) do you use?

  10. How many “friends/followers” do you have on your own social network account?

  11. What percentage of those “friends/followers” have you met face to face?

  12. Make a list of what chat rooms/forums you are using to chat online?

  13. Where are you when you are using the internet?

  14. Have you ever seen something online that has worried you or made you feel uncomfortable?

  15. Who would you talk to if you wanted help with something you’d seen online or someone who was making you feel uncomfortable?

  16. Have you posted anything online that would make someone else feel uncomfortable?
