Popular! • Evaluations overwhelmingly positive
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? • Select facilitators carefully • Must know content/system VERY well • Seasoned presenters/facilitators • Limit to 60 participants in each room • Each room must have Facilitator & Assistant • Schedule 90 minutes per session • Send homework assignment just before PETS • Curriculum is available on CarolinasPETS.org
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? • Have plenty of internet network bandwidth • Run MyRotary & DaCdb concurrently • Limits traffic to website • Have MANY electrical outlets/power strips • Beware of tripping hazard • Pre-arrange for unthrottled network connectivity • TEST the system prior to session • Consider unthrottled hard-wired internet connection • Setup your own wireless network • Alert MyRotary Team • Could use Rotary lab • Alert DaCdb/Club Runner team • Send homework assignment just before PETS
