  5. The Great Mystery • Eph 5:31-31 - For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh. (Genesis 2:24 ) This mystery is great: but I speak in regard of Christ and of the church. • St. Paul sums up his teaching on marriage by reminding us of the message of the prophets.
