  2. RTUG Meetings Early April 2010: Functional research plan review. Initiate work on longer term plan/roadmap/next steps. July 2010: Preview of savings estimating methodology results. Mid-course review. Finalize Strategic Plan/Roadmap elements. Late October 2010: Annual results review; savings estimating methodology recommendation with technical consensus. Additional strategic considerations. Next steps on Strategic Plan/Roadmap.

  3. Database Phases Phase 1: The current summary workbook for 102 BPA RTUs includes: • Data dictionary • Metered data • Site RTU Characteristics • Servicing Data • FDSI digital diagnostic tool data • Need to add Idaho Power/ETO data Phase 2: Complete architecture for 1-minute data availability; worksheets for each site containing the raw data, all analysis equations/regressions/review graphs. Each worksheet is 20MB. Phase 3: Repository for research papers on specific and related topics.
