3. SCOPE AND ETHICS OF OPERATION Our client has a strong belief on the working strategies of our company and hence issued us the responsibility of this case. The scope of this scrutiny as designated by the client was to conduct a Pre-Matrimonial Screening on Ms. V*****a ******* (hereinafter referred to as the subject), daughter of Mr. Shri **** **** *******, stated to be residing at House no. */*, ***** Apartment, T.* Scheme no ***, Behind *** K**s School ******(HR). There is a need to gather information in detail about the subject’s background, character, financial status and family details, criminal and medical history, reputation, code of conduct etc., in regards to substitute marital contribution for our client’s daughter. The information has been collected through the sources developed by the team at the place of investigation like neighbors, security guards, acquaintance and associates. The paramount information has been incorporated in this report for the assurance of our client. The investigation is not constrained by the initial thought process, but has been completed through the inputs of our trained team members. No superficial information has been added in the report. This address was located with continuous efforts of the team. The area was very much congested and full of trading activities. This is the center of all business work in the town. 7 | Page

9. After searching for long hours, the team reached the above address and met the family members of subject’s uncle (Brother of Mr. **** *** *******). They are running their own typing center held in the name of “******* Information Institute”, (M-**********). The vicinity members revealed that the family used to live here for past few years but now they have shifted to other place. The father of the subject visits this location sometimes as this is their ancestral property. He has sold his part from the property and is residing at a distance of around 4 km from this location near ******* Center. The vicinity members are not much having much information about the subject’s divorce. It has been kept secret. We have to verify the divorce information from other places. They think that she is living happily with her husband and in-laws. Further searches in the neighborhood revealed that the subject is quite advanced in nature and often used to roam around as she loves doing that. 11. Nearby Landmark With respect to the spot visit held at the above mentioned address, the team searched frequently and anyhow got to know the contact number of subject’s father i.e., **********. The agents contacted him under a suitable cover story and got information about his current address stated above. The subject’s residence is situated at the backside of ***** *** Bharti Public School. As soon as they reached the location, they noticed that the residence is a 10 | Page

12. 4BHK accommodation where the father of the subject resides with his wife, two sons and one daughter. Mr. **** **** is retired from ***** *** District College, ****** and his wife is a home maker. The flat covers an area of around 213 square yards and the current market value of this property is of about Rs. 95 Lakhs. Mr. ******* wants to sell this property as soon as possible and is thinking to construct a new house on his self-owned land bought by him earlier in the same colony. The neighbors revealed during the inquest that only one of subject’s brothers is working amongst the three siblings. When the team asked about the subject’s code of conduct, they got to know that the people in the society are unaware about this divorce status, they just know that the marriage conversation of the subject are going on at present. They told that the parents of the subject are good in nature and remains upset for their children’s marriage and future endeavors. Upon asking about the subject’s affair, they told that the family is quite reserved in nature and does not interact much with the society members. Hence they don’t have much knowledge about them. CONFIDENTIAL With respect to the spot visit held at the above mentioned address, it has been learnt that the ex-husband of the subject Mr. ***** ****, Son of Mr. ****** Kumar **** resides here with his family. The house if situated in the posh area of ****** i.e., in Sector-* which is located at a distance of around 3.5 km from ****** center. The house covers an approximate area of 220 square metre. On spot visit, the team noticed that the “Honda City” of Mr. ***** was also parked in the house whose registered vehicle number is HR*******. These people are well respected in the town and they are traditionally well educated and wealthy. They have migrated to Haryana some 90 years ago and have done well respectfully to gain the position of honor in the society. All their relatives are well positioned in government job and business community. 16 | Page

There was a name plate present outside the house where **** Villaand the name of subject’s mother Mrs. **** ***** **** was mentioned. At the time of enquiry, subject was not available at his residence. He is staying out of station and is managing his government job of Bank. The team also met Mr. *****’* mother and indirectly asked about Mrs. ******* where she answered that our subject was a characterless female. She was in relationship with some male before her marriage and was in contact with him even after her marriage with Mr. *****. When the ex-husband of our subject got to know about these things, this matter reached the police station. Ex mother – in – law is a graceful lady. She spoke with dignity and sadness, recalling the plight of his son after divorce. In the police station, a mobile phone gifted by her boyfriend was found available with the subject for maintaining regular contact with him. The subject got married with Mr. ***** on **th ******* 20** and on November 29, 20** she moved to ****** by flight with her husband. They returned back to ****** in February. She 17 | Page

19. went to her mother’s place and stayed there for around 5 months. After these circumstances, the divorce issue was raised between the couple. The team asked about Mr. *****’* remarriage and got to know that he is not married again yet but his family is searching a good match for him. The team members also interacted with the neighbors regarding this and were told that they got to know about the situation when the case reached to the police station. The ex-boyfriend of subject also came in front, during the interaction held in police station. They thought that she might have got married to her ex-boyfriend. 21. As per the inspections carried out, it has been gathered that the Subject has completed her high school (2004) and Intermediate (2006) from Board of School Education Bhivani, Haryana, India. She started her higher studies from ****** *** ****** College, MDU Rohtak, Haryana and pursued Bachelor of Arts in the year 2009. Further she also completed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from MDU, Rohtak, Haryana. She further joined Masters in ********** from *.*. University, ************, Tamil Nadu in the year 2013. Also she pursued P G Diploma in *********** and B*******r M*********n- 2016, from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology Hissar, Haryana, India. Moving ahead she also completed M.Phil C******l P********y- 2019 from *** University, ******** Haryana, India , RCI No: CRR No. A-*******. She is having a scholastic background as being reflected from her educational details. The dissertation topic of M.Phil was: Cognitive Functioning in ******* and ******** Dependent Patients” under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. ****** K******a *****. 22. FINANCIAL DETAILS The family of the subject is a middle class family as already stated above. They are having average financial stability. They were having their ancestral home which has been sold out by them. They are having their own land in the same colony where they are residing currently. They are about to sold their current flat which costs around 95 Lakhs. The father of the subject is retired and her brother is the only earning member at present. We can say that their financial stability is normal, they can afford the regular lifestyle with best of the facilities. 23. The team also gathered information about the financial status of subject’s ex- husband and got to know that he is financial well-off but has not taken any kind of loan till now. MARITAL STATUS Our probe regarding the marital status of the subject could reveal that the subject is a divorcee as per the records being acknowledged. No other sort of relationships running at present apart from the one with our client came across our team members in relation to the subject. Though, one source has stated that the girl is in relationship with a prominent builder’s son. She has been seen sitting in his car for long time outside the locality. 24. During our survey regarding his health status, no one has substantiated the subject (or her family) having any medical condition or physical difficulty. She shows no signs of degraded mental health/psychotic/psychiatric disorder. Our prudent inquest indicates that the subject is physically and mentally healthy. The information that she was admitted in hospital in 7 years back could not be verified by anyone. Not a single source has anything to say about her past illness. CRIMINAL HISTORY With respect to the pre or post matrimonial investigation, it has been discerned that the subject or any of her family members does not have any kind of criminal cases or petition filed against them. The court cases and papers related to it are taken out and sent to you via email for your reference. This also proves our initial report that the girl is a divorcee and the same fact has been hidden from you. No other clues are recovered throughout the course of investigation.
