Solutions • Chair • Back support • Cushioning • Desk • Natural position • Mouse • Trackballs • Tablets, etc
Hand Problems • Ergonomic keyboards can help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome • Avoid laptops when possible or use an external keyboard • Support your wrists
Eye Strain • Place monitor at arm’s length from your body • LCD monitors with crisper display to avoid flicker effect • Lighting – Avoid fluorescent lights
