Loyola College’s Online Tutorial on Academic Integrity and Scholarly Research • Content of the Tutorial: The Net Savvy Generation? • Assessments test students’ knowledge of the concepts as presented: • Quizzes include radio button style questions; but also “arcade game” style and “play for points” (e.g. Jeopardy Style questions). • Students access resource information through helpful menu • Honor Code policy (e.g. what is in the code, violations, history of the code) • Information literacy (e.g. proper citation, discipline specific guidelines, library data bases vs. Google and Wikepedia) • Tutorial reinforces the culture of academic integrity on campus: • Video introduction from Rev.
