J.S. Bach (1685 – 1750) • Famous works include –Brandenburg Concertos (6 of them), Well-Tempered Clavier, cantatas, Toccata & Fugue in D Minor (for organ) • Bach was also an organ repairman. He wrote Toccata & Fugue to test the organ after had repaired it to see if all the notes were working.
