Terms & Conditions • General Terms & Conditions • Media Booking Form must be signed and submitted to MediaCorp Ad Admin prior to booking. • Packages are valid from 25 January 2012 to 31 March 2012. • All entitlements must be utilised by 31 March 2012. • Multi Platform offers are only applicable when an additional package from different platform(s) is purchased. Packages must be from MediaCorp Post CNY Packages 2012. • Package price is not inclusive of production cost. • Expenditure is net, and not entitled to discounts, bonuses or any other privileges in master contract, unless otherwise stated. • Expenditure is taken as fulfillment of master contract of respective platforms. • All spots/insertions are planned by advertisers/ agencies. • Bonus entitlement cannot be used to buy the package(s). • Package is subject to airtime/space availability at the point of media bookings. • Package price is in Singapore Dollars and subject to prevailing GST. • Please refer to respective rate cards for standard advertising/booking/material submission deadlines.

  3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Radio • Package price is based on 30-sec radio commercial. For other durations, please refer to the base rates in the rate book. • No premium positioning is allowed.
