What Happened? • In 2001, govWorks was acquired by govONE Solutions (Kaleil and Tom made no money on the sale) • Kaleil and Tom continued to work together • Launched Recognition Group (now KIT Capital), a investment / advisory firm designed to help “restructure and turn around companies in transition” (currently listed as Managing Partner and Affiliate Partner) • Joined startup JumpTV, Inc. in 2005 (company delivers TV programming over Internet) as CEO and COO (Kaleil still listed as Board member on web site; no mention of Tom) • Not clear how successful these ventures have been
