Hunger is not the result of ‘too many mouths’ to feed • People go hungry because they do not have the land on which to grow food or the money with which to buy it.

Women being most vulnerable to bear the cost of Climate change (life saving skills during calamities, collector for basic supply to family, migration, spousal migration- HIV) • Gendered agenda- Capitalism in Climate change agenda
Women’s bodies should not be the vehicle for climate change solutions, but concern for the impact of climate change on women should prompt effective as well as rights- respecting efforts to control greenhouse gas emissions (GHGE).
