  4. 人初生时应该取，取得生命，

  5. 更要取得食物，以求成长；

  6. 取得知识，以求内涵。

  7. 隋着年令增长，开始取舍。

  8. 或取熊掌而舍鱼，

  9. 或取利录而舍悠闲，

  10. 或取权位而舍性命。

  11. 人上年纪时应当舍，

  12. 到天命之年舍得越多，越健康。

  13. 少年时取其丰，

  14. 壮年时取其实，

  15. 老年时取其精。

  16. 少年时舍其不能有，

  17. 壮年时舍其不当有，

  18. 老年时舍其不必有。

  19. 除了真爱，万物皆可舍。

  20. 给回忆永不退去的色彩，

  21. 给思念自由飞翔的翅膀，

  22. 给幸福永恒不朽的生命，
