Scientific Literacy • = understanding basic scientific terms and principles well enough to evaluate information, make personal decision, and take part in public affairs. • IF you have scientific literacy, you will: • Identify good sources of scientific information • Evaluate them for accuracy • Apply the knowledge to questions or proms in your life
