Growth Mutual Funds are… • Takes money from many investors and uses it to make growth or income investments based on a stated investment objective.
Limits/Type of Investor • The amount of stock you can purchase • The amount of money investors can spend • Make • A type of investor who would invest in this would be someone who wants fast cash (or money to spend) and a high risk investor. It can also be for long term investors.
How to Make Money? • Owning a share of a company allows you to make money as the company makes money. • This benefits because you can have many stocks, making it less risky than just owning a few shares.
Economic Climate? • Growth Mutual Funds can survive in any climate really, its just how you play the stock game. • Preferably these stocks would be better IF the stocks are high (you would make more money) but if its low (you can buy in on more stocks).
Invest in? Money Needed? • Examples of companies you could buy shares of stocks in are… • Monster Beverage Corp. • The Home Depot, Inc. • Money needed would depend on how much each share is worth? Monster Beverage Corporation shares are worth $58.94.
Risks? Investment Returns? • Risks about this is that if the company you have invested in is doing badly in stocks, you could lose money instead of gaining. High risks! • Investment Returns over time would be the difference of how much you bought the share for and how much money you earned over time • Home Depot was worth $51 on August 1st. If I bought 100 shares and its worth $56 now, then I would have made 400 dollars.
