These questions will be posted in the LearnPort Community Room, in the MASCD Curriculum Leaders Institute - Cohort 2 Community Room. Be sure to sign up for your free LearnPort account, to allow the Community Room moderator, Nancy Davis, to authorize you to contribute to this mandatory assessment exercise. What is your understanding of the PA 335 and how it will affect your job? What is your “main thing” (vision for your job/district)? Of the five SIF pillars, (Teaching for Learning, Leadership, Professional Learning, Communications, Data Management) which one in your district is the most challenging and why? How do you know that the written curriculum is delivered in your district? Which resources or tools do you use most frequently use as a curriculum leader to improve learning in your district? What is your understanding of the requirements for the Michigan ASCD Curriculum Leaders Institute?

    12. Demonstrate understanding of 3-5 concepts from each session and demonstrate how you are employing that knowledge in your daily work. Record this reflection in a digital format. (word document or similar format) Feel free to elaborate on these reflections in the Community Room or with the session presenters and mentors Journals will be handed in at the end of the year as part of the program assessments.
