Electric vehicles are gaining a solid ground in the automobile industry. • There are many good reasons that indicate electric vehicles can dominate the international vehicle market in the coming years. • About 3.8% of automobiles in 2014 were electrified products, which includes hybrids and battery electric vehicles.

  3. EVs Do Not Always Need a Socket • The most popular vehicles of this type are hybrids • It combines an electric motor with a conventional petrol engine • The battery charges while these models are driving • some hybrids can be plugged, battery is designed for loads and quick refills

Economic Fuel • Pure electric, or hybrid cars are more expensive than conventional models • EVs provide the lower cost of electricity compared to gasoline • EVs gives 100 km with gasoline that can cost between 5 and 10 dollars depending on model and consumption • Owner of hybrids prefers to drive the vehicle with electricity before activating the gasoline engine
