Senior Trip 2013 Carnival Cruise to Nowhere
The senior class of 2013 would like to take a cruise and use this opportunity to be together as a group before graduation.
Why a Cruise? • Contained Area • Requested by several seniors • Friendly for Everyone • Swimming Pools, Arcades, Teen Club, Karaoke, Library, Fitness Center, Spa, etc.
Our Plan • Travel by bus to Norfolk, VA. on Friday, May 24th. We embark at 1:00 PM on Friday, and students will be contained on the ship until Sunday morning, May 26th. Then, return back to Edenton by bus • We will leave school at 9 a.m. on Friday and return around Sunday at 4 p.m. • One 25+ year old will be residing with two-three students
Our Plan Continued • Meals will be eaten as a group, and check-in times will be held through-out the day • Students will be asked to stay in a group (min. of 2 people) wherever they go for safety reasons
Total Costs • Including food, the room, port costs, gratuity, and taxes the total cost per person is $269.31 for interior rooms and $329.31 for exterior rooms • $50 down payment due ASAP • The rest of the money will be paid in increments until paid in full • If students do not pay, they will not go • No fundraisers will be held
Behavior Expectations • Before leaving the school, the students will be thoroughly searched for any inappropriate items. If any items are found, they will not be allowed on the trip and will face consequences based on the school rules and may not be allowed to march at graduation. • Good behavior is expected on the ship as well. If a student misbehaves, he/she will face consequences based on the school rules and may not be allowed to march at graduation.
