  22. 測試網路通不通？ 問題： 1.網路線沒有插好。 2.網路線壞掉或買錯。 3.網點不通。 解決方法： 1.將網路線插好。 2.換條網路線。 3.上網填寫宿舍網路故障請修單。 網路不通

  23. 測試網路通不通？ 網點可通，但無法上網。 1.「開始」->「執行」：telnet bbs.cgu.edu.tw 出現下圖，網點通，網路也通。

  24. 測試網路通不通？ 測試網路通不通？ 網點可通，但無法上網。 2.IE打不開、無法上網。 解決方法： 1.確定DNS是否設好。 2.Proxy要刪除。
