THE MULTI-DISCIPLINARY EVALUATION TEAM • Eligibility must be determined by a team • Required team members: • Parents of the child • Not less than one Regular Ed teacher of the child • Not less than one Special Education teacher of the child or where appropriate not less than one Special Education provider of the child • PEA representative • Person to interpret evaluation results
