  1. Colors on Custom Printed Flags Colors aren’t just meant to make something look pretty. Or at least, it’s not that simple. One of the things that make custom printed flags so appealing is how the colors are played together in the design. A poor choice of colors will definitely make the flags look gaudy and not worth looking at, which is the exact opposite of what you want people to do with your flags. But how do you figure out which colors to use? Well, there’s no hard and fast rule, but there are some commonly used techniques that you can employ yourself to make sure that you’re keeping your choice of colors for your custom printed flags safe. 1.  Know your audience. To whom are you primarily catering your  custom printed flags or banners? It’s would be nice to have a design that caters to all, but

  2. you know that your product or service does appeal more to a specific type ofyou know that your product or service does appeal more to a specific type of audience than others. Consider factors like age, sex, and even interests. For example, studies have shown that brown is a color that’s more appealing to men looking for maleoriented products. White, on the other hand, can symbolize youth and purity, which works well for products like cleansing solutions and anti aging creams. 2.  Know what mood you’re setting. Colors like blue tend to have a more relaxing and calming effect, which can be useful if you’re trying to promote important information. Colors like red or orange, on the other hand, indicate lots of excitement which can be perfect for custom printed flags that are promoting parties or major events. But sometimes you don’t want to instill any kind of extreme emotion, and that’s where many neutral colors like gray or brown come in. 3.  Check   which   colors   are   visible.   Depending   on   your   background   and surroundings, your flag will need to stand out of its immediate background. There are also concerns such as the way the color mixes with any images on your custom printed flags. This is important when you’re promoting a product or personality, and the image of an object or person is on the custom print design. You have to make sure that the colors you use around these special objects have to compliment them. Finally, take time to check how the custom printed flags actually look like when they’re on display. Don’t just rely on what you see on the computer screen. Nothing beats actual results, after all.
