General Changes and Clarifications • Put one space after a period or other concluding punctuation (unless the instructor prefers two spaces). • Alphabetize titles that begin with numbers as if the number were spelled • 1914: The Coming of the First World War would be alphabetized as beginning with the letter N • No font changes: “an easily readable typeface (e.g., Times New Roman)… [in] a standard size (e.g., 12 points)”
