Reforms of the Warren Court • Chief Justice Earl Warren • Brown v. Board of Education (1954) – Warren Court ruled school segregation was unconstitutional

Carr (1962) – “One Person, One Vote” Should be equal representation in each district. Not one district have 100,000 people, and one district having 500.
