Background • These slides show the levels of participation in Responsive Reserve Service by Load Resources controlled by high-set Under Frequency Relays • Covers calendar years 2011, 2012 and 2013 • Some data is presented chronologically • Some is presented in descending order of participation • Participation in RRS by UFR-type LRs is capped at 50% of the total RRS requirement • 1150 MW (50% of 2300) effective 2011 through March 31, 2012 • 1400 MW (50% of 2800) effective April 1, 2012 through 2013 UFR-RRS data for FAST
